You will receive a confirmation email when we receive the order, and also a note from us when we dispatch your goods.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All our transactions are hosted by PayPal so you will need an account with them. It is an independent external system that allows you to make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. Those familiar with eBay will recognise their favored payment method.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with our products in any way, provided you return them to us in mint condition within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the ammount we received.

If your goods arrive damaged in any way, we will ask you to send us digital photos via email and we will dispatch replacements immediately.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

We dispatch using well known national and international couriers. Delivery is usually within 48 hours of dispatch in mainland UK. You can indicate any further requirments you might have in the 'comments' section during the order process, or by sending us an email.
